Winona State University cost $10,492 in tuition and fees for students studying in-state, according to the latest disclosure from the National Center for Education Statistics.

This ranks Winona State University as one of the five most expensive schools in Minnesota in 2022.

Out-of-state students attending Winona State University in 2022 were expected to pay $17,224, which is $540 more than the previous year.

The average cost of college has more than doubled in the 21st century, growing by more than 7% every year. In-state students can expect to spend nearly $10,000 on tuition alone per year at a public, 4-year post-secondary school.Meanwhile, out-of-state tuitions averages $27,457.
