The number of employees on nonfarm payrolls for December 2021 in the Mankato-North Mankato metropolitan statistical area was 56,300, a 1.6 percent decrease from the previous month, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.

In November 2021, the Mankato-North Mankato reported 57,200 workers on nonfarm payrolls.

Statistics were compiled from reports from the civilian labor force and unemployment data, which heavily relied on household surveys. The data is not seasonally adjusted.
