What happened to the median home price in Ramsey during the first quarter of 2022?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2022 in Ramsey rose by $22,000 while total sales increased by 48.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2022, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,000 - a 7.4% increase over the $298,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Ramsey in the first quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Ramsey for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,827, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2022.
