The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2022 in Fridley rose by $32,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 49 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2022, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $295,000 - a 12.2% increase over the $263,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in Fridley in the first quarter of 2021, as well.
