Median home prices in New Brighton rose to $342,250 in the first quarter of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2022 in New Brighton rose by $30,250 while total sales decreased by 2.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2022, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $342,250 - a 9.7% increase over the $312,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in New Brighton in the first quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in New Brighton for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,632, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2022.
