The first quarter of 2022: Lauderdale experienced a 17.8% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2022 in Lauderdale rose by $40,000 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2022, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,000 - a 17.8% increase over the $225,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Lauderdale in the first quarter of 2021, as well.

The median sales tax in Lauderdale for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,721, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2022.
