Pricing for the median home in Little Canada increased during March 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2022 in Little Canada rose by $201,000 while total sales decreased by 38.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2022, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $336,000 - a 148.9% increase over the $135,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Little Canada in March 2021.
