Median home prices in Dayton fell to $230,000 in February 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Dayton fell by $770,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,000 - a 77% decrease over the $1,000,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Dayton in February 2021, as well.
