Savage home prices rose in December 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Savage rose by $13,000 while total sales increased by 3.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $353,000 - a 3.8% increase over the $340,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Savage in December 2020.
