Victoria home prices rose in 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Victoria rose by $44,550 while total sales increased by 21.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 153 homes sold, with a median sale price of $537,000 - a 9% increase over the $492,450 median sale price for the previous year. There were 126 homes sold in Victoria in 2020.

The median sales tax in Victoria for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,260, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for 2021.
