Home prices increased in Farmington during 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Farmington rose by $33,300 while total sales increased by 25.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 491 homes sold, with a median sale price of $322,000 - a 11.5% increase over the $288,700 median sale price for the previous year. There were 392 homes sold in Farmington in 2020.
