Long Lake median home prices rose by 4.1% in 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Long Lake rose by $13,050 while total sales increased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $335,000 - a 4.1% increase over the $321,950 median sale price for the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Long Lake in 2020.
