2021: Maple Plain experienced a 9% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Maple Plain rose by $27,100 while total sales increased by 11.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $327,000 - a 9% increase over the $299,900 median sale price for the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Maple Plain in 2020.
