2021: Home prices in St. Paul increased

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in St. Paul rose by $26,400 while total sales increased by 29.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 3,839 homes sold, with a median sale price of $256,400 - a 11.5% increase over the $230,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 2,973 homes sold in St. Paul in 2020.
