New Hope median home prices rose by 12.3% in 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in New Hope rose by $35,000 while total sales increased by 34.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 228 homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,000 - a 12.3% increase over the $285,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 169 homes sold in New Hope in 2020.

The median sales tax in New Hope for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,840, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for 2021.
