Woodland median home prices rose by 130.3% in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Woodland rose by $866,500 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,531,500 - a 130.3% increase over the $665,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Woodland in the second half of 2020, as well.
