Median home prices in Mendota Heights rose to $456,000 in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Mendota Heights rose by $59,750 while total sales increased by 39.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 92 homes sold, with a median sale price of $456,000 - a 15.1% increase over the $396,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 66 homes sold in Mendota Heights in the second half of 2020.
