Home prices increased in Chanhassen (Carver County) during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Chanhassen in Carver County rose by $55,000 while total sales increased by 46.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 269 homes sold, with a median sale price of $440,000 - a 14.3% increase over the $385,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 184 homes sold in Chanhassen in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Chanhassen for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,373, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
