The second half of 2021: Home prices in Randolph increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Randolph rose by $43,050 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $445,500 - a 10.7% increase over the $402,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Randolph in the second half of 2020.
