Carver home prices rose in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Carver rose by $56,550 while total sales decreased by 2.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $425,000 - a 15.3% increase over the $368,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Carver in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Carver for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,190, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
