Orono median home prices rose by 64.3% in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Orono rose by $360,000 while total sales increased by 21.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 63 homes sold, with a median sale price of $920,000 - a 64.3% increase over the $560,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 52 homes sold in Orono in the second half of 2020.
