The second half of 2021: Home prices in Castle Rock increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Castle Rock rose by $90,000 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $415,000 - a 27.7% increase over the $325,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Castle Rock in the second half of 2020.
