Chaska home prices rose in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Chaska rose by $50,100 while total sales increased by 44.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 233 homes sold, with a median sale price of $350,000 - a 16.7% increase over the $299,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 161 homes sold in Chaska in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Chaska for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,272, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
