Scandia median home prices rose by 40.9% in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Scandia rose by $154,500 while total sales increased by 9.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $532,000 - a 40.9% increase over the $377,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Scandia in the second half of 2020.
