The second half of 2021: Martin Lake experienced a 23.3% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Martin Lake rose by $75,000 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $397,450 - a 23.3% increase over the $322,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Martin Lake in the second half of 2020.
