Home prices increased in Northfield during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Northfield rose by $82,400 while total sales decreased by 6.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $339,900 - a 32% increase over the $257,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Northfield in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Northfield for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $4,136, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
