The second half of 2021: Blaine (Anoka County) experienced a 6.5% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Blaine in Anoka County rose by $18,950 while total sales increased by 37.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 450 homes sold, with a median sale price of $310,500 - a 6.5% increase over the $291,550 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 328 homes sold in Blaine in the second half of 2020.
