Pricing for the median home in Fridley increased during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Fridley rose by $45,000 while total sales increased by 45.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 185 homes sold, with a median sale price of $295,000 - a 18% increase over the $250,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 127 homes sold in Fridley in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Fridley for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,816, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
