The second half of 2021: Circle Pines experienced a 16.5% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Circle Pines rose by $41,250 while total sales increased by 110%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $290,500 - a 16.5% increase over the $249,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Circle Pines in the second half of 2020.
