The second half of 2021: Home prices in Excelsior fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Excelsior fell by $278,500 while total sales increased by 83.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $424,000 - a 39.6% decrease over the $702,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Excelsior in the second half of 2020.
