The second half of 2021: Home prices in Arden Hills increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Arden Hills rose by $40,050 while total sales increased by 35.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $432,500 - a 10.2% increase over the $392,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Arden Hills in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Arden Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,612, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
