The second half of 2021: St. Anthony (Ramsey County) experienced a 35.6% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in St. Anthony in Ramsey County rose by $103,750 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $395,000 - a 35.6% increase over the $291,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in St. Anthony in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in St. Anthony for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,544, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
