The second half of 2021: Home prices in Bloomington increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Bloomington rose by $27,250 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 470 homes sold, with a median sale price of $342,250 - a 8.7% increase over the $315,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 282 homes sold in Bloomington in the second half of 2020.
