Median home prices in Richfield rose to $320,000 in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Richfield rose by $18,200 while total sales increased by 90.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 259 homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,000 - a 6% increase over the $301,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 136 homes sold in Richfield in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Richfield for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,521, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
