Home prices decreased in Little Canada during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Little Canada fell by $45,000 while total sales increased by 110.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $235,000 - a 16.1% decrease over the $280,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Little Canada in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Little Canada for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,229, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
