Pricing for the median home in Maple Plain decreased during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Maple Plain fell by $1,500 while total sales decreased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,000 - a 0.5% decrease over the $321,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Maple Plain in the second half of 2020.
