Long Lake home prices fell in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Long Lake fell by $9,900 while total sales increased by 260%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $305,000 - a 3.1% decrease over the $314,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Long Lake in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Long Lake for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,529, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
