Median home prices in Brooklyn Center rose to $265,000 in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Brooklyn Center rose by $28,050 while total sales increased by 70%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 221 homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,000 - a 11.8% increase over the $236,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 130 homes sold in Brooklyn Center in the second half of 2020.
