The fourth quarter of 2021: Blaine (Anoka County) experienced a 2.1% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Blaine in Anoka County rose by $6,200 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 192 homes sold, with a median sale price of $306,200 - a 2.1% increase over the $300,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 128 homes sold in Blaine in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Blaine for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,711, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
