St. Francis home prices rose in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in St. Francis rose by $47,000 while total sales increased by 16%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $302,000 - a 18.4% increase over the $255,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in St. Francis in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in St. Francis for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,401, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
