Home prices increased in Anoka during the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Anoka rose by $22,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 48 homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 - a 8.7% increase over the $257,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Anoka in the fourth quarter of 2020.
