What happened to the median home price in Eureka Center during the fourth quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Eureka Center fell by $187,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $283,000 - a 39.8% decrease over the $470,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Eureka Center in the fourth quarter of 2020, as well.
