The fourth quarter of 2021: Home prices in Circle Pines increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Circle Pines rose by $22,500 while total sales increased by 7.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $267,500 - a 9.2% increase over the $245,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Circle Pines in the fourth quarter of 2020.
