The fourth quarter of 2021: Home prices in New Brighton increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in New Brighton rose by $42,050 while total sales increased by 38.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 58 homes sold, with a median sale price of $360,000 - a 13.2% increase over the $317,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in New Brighton in the fourth quarter of 2020.
