Bloomington median home prices rose by 14.5% in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Bloomington rose by $43,050 while total sales increased by 148.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 204 homes sold, with a median sale price of $340,000 - a 14.5% increase over the $296,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 82 homes sold in Bloomington in the fourth quarter of 2020.
