Median home prices in Maple Plain rose to $335,000 in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Maple Plain rose by $15,950 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $335,000 - a 5% increase over the $319,050 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Maple Plain in the fourth quarter of 2020.
