The fourth quarter of 2021: Home prices in Little Canada fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Little Canada fell by $3,500 while total sales increased by 160%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $169,950 - a 2% decrease over the $173,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Little Canada in the fourth quarter of 2020.
