Crystal home prices rose in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Crystal rose by $15,050 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 105 homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,000 - a 5.9% increase over the $254,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Crystal in the fourth quarter of 2020.
