Median home prices in St. Paul rose to $259,250 in December 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in St. Paul rose by $26,250 while total sales increased by 4.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were 232 homes sold, with a median sale price of $259,250 - a 11.3% increase over the $233,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 222 homes sold in St. Paul in December 2020.
