December 2021: Brooklyn Center experienced a 11.5% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Brooklyn Center rose by $26,800 while total sales increased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,000 - a 11.5% increase over the $233,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Brooklyn Center in December 2020.
